- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I kind of suspect the good reviews, the staff here is quite rude and unsympathetic. I visited the office for my ankle pain. I have PPO insurance, and HSA account credit card (also other credit cards), but they told me they only accept cash. They refused all other methods, and asked me to walk around to find ATM to withdraw cash for them immediately, while my ankle was very painful. Well, they can get hundreds of dollars from my insurance for this visit, but they are still so mean that even want squeeze $35 copay from me right away. I guess they only care about very dollar they can earn from their patients, not anything else. This is the only doctor's I met that only accept cash and refuse other payment methods. I strongly believe they are doing some tax tricks. I will try my best to dissuade anyone going there, because I do not think anyone want to be treated like slave by those "gold-diggers".October 08, 2017by Travelers HOA
